These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and bh999e ("bh999e", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the bh999e website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time at bh999e's discretion.

3.2 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, the closure of the account. bh999e will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.3 bh999e reserves the right to share KYC information with third-party verification providers solely for the purpose of identity confirmation. No information will be sold or shared for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bh999e currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bh999e does not accept cash payments or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

5.4 bh999e's decisions regarding the application of bonus terms are final and binding. Any disputes relating to Promotions must be raised with the bh999e support team within seven (7) days of the disputed event.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by bh999e. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation on the Platform. bh999e is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.2 Pricing Errors. In the event of an obvious error in odds or game pricing, bh999e reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. bh999e's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.

6.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events. bh999e follows published settlement rules for events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled. These rules are available on the Platform and may vary by sport and market type.

9.1 bh999e provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous service, bh999e does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bh999e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

9.3 bh999e's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 bh999e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bh999e reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.

10.2 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the bh999e support team. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10.3 Where an account is closed by bh999e due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bh999e with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and bh999e relating to the Platform.
